To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium on acute enteritis in mice, the microbial genomic DNA of the mouse colon mucosa sample was extracted and amplified by PCR to estabilish a 16S amplicon library, and then conduct bioinformatics analysis. The results indicate that the intervention of bifidobacterium longum can improve the intestinal flora disorder in mice with acute enteritis and increase the relative abundance of intestinal flora.
