Jurkat T Cell Activation — DIA Phosphoproteomics Preliminary Dataset

This report illustrates the capacity of the Garrido-Rodriguez Lab to generate high-quality, reproducible phosphoproteomic data to investigate cellular signaling in the context of in-suspension immune cells. Using DIA phosphoproteomics of Jurkat T cells stimulated through the TCR/CD3 complex, we demonstrate sensitive and reproducible detection of the canonical TCR signaling cascade, from receptor phosphorylation to transcriptional output.
