资源简介:
We sorted T-helper-1 (Th1), memory (Tmem), Treg and APOB-specific CD4 T cells, detected and sorted by a validated MHC-II tetramer DRB1*07:01 APOB-p18 (Tet+ cells) from peripheral blood mononuclear cell samples from 8 DRB1*07:01+ women with and without subclinical cardiovascular disease (sCVD) as documented by carotid artery ultrasound. We subjected them to 10x Genomics 5’ single cell RNA-sequencing with T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing. scRNA-Seq study of APOB-specific Tet+ cells in individuals with and without sCVD, using a recombinant APOB-p18 DRB1*07:01 tetramer for detecting the naturally occurring population of CD4 T cells in humans that recognize a human APOB peptide, determining their transcriptomes and TCRα and β sequences.
