Targeting Fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF23)-responsive pathways in the control of phosphate and vitamin D metabolism

Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) on wild type (WT) mouse kidneys showed overlapping HBEGF and EGFR expression in the proximal tubule (PT), and KL expression in PT and distal tubule (DT) segments. Wild type mouse kidneys were harvested and used for single cell RNAseq to examine baseline gene expression patterns针对野生型（WT）小鼠肾脏开展的单细胞RNA测序（scRNAseq）结果显示，HBEGF与EGFR在近端小管（PT）中存在共表达，KL则在近端小管（PT）与远端小管（DT）节段均有表达。本研究采集野生型小鼠肾脏并进行单细胞RNA测序，以考察其基线基因表达模式。
