This data is part of a project that aimed to gain insight into the complexity of digital interdisciplinary consultations between general practitioners and medical specialists. This research focused on the existing evidence regarding digital interdisciplinary consultations between GPs and specialists in the Netherlands, including the types that were available. It aimed to identify which outcome measures were most relevant for patients, GPs, specialists, and health insurers, and how these outcomes could be reliably measured using available data sources. Furthermore, the study explored how patients were involved in impact of digital interdisciplinary consultations, and examined which types of consultations were suitable and commonly used for different clinical problems and questions.
