Combustion plants according to 44. BImSchV Hamburg

Single firings within the scope of 44. BImSchV (medium-sized combustion plants, e.g. boilers, gas turbines and combustion engines) which have a rated thermal output of equal to or greater than 1 MW are defined in accordance with § 6 of 44. BImSchV is subject to registration and must be reported to the competent authority. The obligation applies directly to the operator of installations falling within the scope of the 44. BImSchV falls.
