Dataset Description This dataset contains participant-level information collected to assess medication adherence, lifestyle behaviors, and clinical history among individuals counselled by either a trained group or an untrained group of nurses. Data were obtained using a structured questionnaire. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure participant confidentiality.
