Regulations of Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office

The organization and procedure of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office shall be determined by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's Office", other legislative acts, existing international treaties, the consent to be bound by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the orders of the Prosecutor General, the head of the regional prosecutor's office, the provisions on independent structural subdivisions, as well as these Regulations.
