Data associated to the research on Titanite geochronology and thermometry

U-Pb geochronology and Zr-in-titanite thermometry on titanite from Argentina. The project is about understanding the tectonic evolution of the Cambrian-Ordovician Famatinian Orogen in NW Argentina. Titanite was used to date the time of metamorphism as well as the temperature associated with its growth.

针对产自阿根廷的榍石（titanite）开展U-Pb地质年代学（U-Pb geochronology）与榍石锆测温法（Zr-in-titanite thermometry）研究。本项目旨在阐明阿根廷西北部寒武纪-奥陶纪法马蒂纳造山带（Cambrian-Ordovician Famatinian Orogen）的构造演化历程。研究以榍石为对象，限定变质作用的发生时间，以及榍石形成时对应的温度。
