Effect of GRPR activation on gene expression in human melanoma cells

To investigate the consequences of GRPR activation on the cell signaling, Dauv-1, MDA-MB-435S and 501-Mel GRPR human GRPRpos melanoma cell line were treated with GRPR agonist (GRP) and/or antagonist (RC-3095) and gene expression was analysed after four hours of stimulation in low serum conditions. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Dauv-1, MDA-MB-435S and 501-Mel GRPR human melanoma cells after stimulation with agonist and antagonist of GRPR.
