UV-Vis and Fluorescence Spectroscopy Data for the Interaction of Naphtho[2,3-b]indolizine-6,11-dione Derivatives with Tyramine
收藏资源简介:
Biogenic amines (BAs) pose a significant threat to food safety and can cause adverse health effects. The development of innovative sensing materials for the optical detection of BAs is crucial for monitoring food quality. This dataset contains raw spectral data obtained from UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence emission spectra for five naphtho[2,3-b]indolizine-6,11-dione derivatives. The data characterize the optical response of these fluorophores to the sequential addition of tyramine (TYR). This work has been supported by research and development grant No RTU-PA-2024/1-0028 under the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility funded project No. 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/003 “Implementation of consolidation and management changes at Riga Technical University, Liepaja University, Rezekne Academy of Technology, Latvian Maritime Academy and Liepaja Maritime College for the progress towards excellence in higher education, science, and innovation”.
