Supplementary information on resequencing of East Frisian dairy sheep and wild sheep

This data contains resequencing statistics (not original sequencing data) of 20 East Friesian dairy sheep and 33 wild sheep. It also includes screening for selected genomic regions of East Friesian dairy sheep by calculating fixed index (FST) and nucleotide diversity. KEGG analysis results of candidate genes are also available. For details, please refer to the file.
