Gene expression analyses in native eosinophils sorted from C57BL6J bone marrow

We took a global approach to identify the genome-wide transcriptome in native murine eosinophils sorted from the bone marrow of C57BL6J mice at homeostasis. RNA Seq eosinophils sorted from C57BL6J bone marrow. RNA Seq libraries were prepared from 2 independent sorts.本研究采用全局分析策略，对生理稳态下从C57BL6J小鼠骨髓中分选得到的天然小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞的全基因组转录组进行鉴定。针对从C57BL6J小鼠骨髓中分选获得的嗜酸性粒细胞开展RNA测序（RNA Sequencing），其测序文库由2次独立分选的样本制备得到。
