This is an experimental study with the objective of investigating chia flour effect on gut microbiota modulation and intestinal health in adults male Wistar rats fed with a high-fat high-fructose diet. Chia flour have show to alliviate intestinal changes, however in diferents diet type and animal model. This study can help to identificate new strategies to improve the modulation and healthy intestinal based on the chia flour consumption.
