Human multi-tissue transcriptomics and serum profiling identify galectin-1 and FSTL1 as exerkines Sample description Bulk tissue RNA-seq data from 14 individuals (S001 to S017) in three (adipose, blood, and muscle) tissues before and after the exercise treatment. Raw count matrix (.csv) for each tissue Raw count matrix for adipose tissue: Adipose_count.csv Raw count matrix for blood tissue: Blood_count.csv Raw count matrix for muscle tissue: Muscle_count.csv Raw count R object (.Rdata) for each tissue DESeq object with the raw counts for adipose & muscle tissue: Raw_count_Adipose_and_Muscle.Rdata DESeq object with the raw counts for blood tissue: Raw_count_Blood.Rdata DEA statistics for all tissue (.xlsx) All_DEA_res.xlsx Availability of sample metadata Due to the institutional policy of Yonsei University, School of Medicine, sample metadata including the clinical measurements of each individuals cannot be shared publicly. The raw data (.fastq) will be shared upon the request from the corresponding author.
