开放街道地图项目是一款在线地图平台，依托全球定位系统（GPS, Global Positioning System）等技术构建并提供全球地理数据库。该项目采用协作开发模式，面向所有希望完善该数据库的贡献者开放参与。

本数据集为精选组装分片包，已完成PostgreSQL/PostGIS数据库的导入部署。本数据集仅覆盖法国本土范围，且每个数据实体均附带INSEE编码（法国国家统计与经济研究所编码）属性，可用于单独提取指定市镇或省份的数据。

由于data.gouv.fr网站不支持.00*格式的分卷压缩包，请先将OSM_SQL_LAMB93_FXX-ED241.00*.zip重命名为OSM_SQL_LAMB93_FXX-ED241.zip.00*，再对.001分卷文件执行解压操作。
