Rabbit ovarain transcriptomic response to gonadotrophic stimulation

This work systematically addressed ovarian transcriptomic responses to gonadotrophic stimulation in prepubertal female rabbits, and the identified candidate mRNAs and miRNAs as well as the miRNA-mRNA regulatory network may contribute to a better understanding of the regulatory mechanisms of gonadotrophins on ovarian follicle development and ovulation.
