The 70, 53, 68, 51, 39 and 52 5S-210 cDNA clones from WT, nrpd1, nrpe1, nrpd2, rdr2, and drm2 plants respectively, were analyzed for the presence of nucleotide substitutions (heterogeneity) in the first 120 bp of their sequence. (An alignment is provided Figure S1).
