Example fluorescent 3D image stack from a matrix-embedded (Matrigel-collagen) lung cancer cell mono-culture treated with docetaxel

Example confocal image stack from an NCI (RFP) 3D mono-culture embedded in Matrigel-collagen mix and grown in a 96-well plate. The culture is stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with docetaxel. The images are a 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst and EdU channel. The pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 x 34.90 ) micron. The image is in CZI-format and contains a single stack.
