Flow cytometry dataset of dexamethasone and immune checkpoint blockade in 4T1 breast cancer model (Myeloid panel)

Flow cytometry analyses were performed on cells isolated from tumors of 4T1-bearing mice to characterize myeloid cell populations. Cells were stained with Zombie Aqua for viability, FITC–I-A/I-E (MHC class II), PE–CD64, PE-CF594–Ly6G, PerCP-Cy5.5–CD11b, APC–CD103, PE/Cy7–Ly6C, and APC/Cy7–CD11c. This panel was designed to identify and quantify tumor-associated macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, dendritic cell subsets, and related myeloid populations. These data provide insights into how dexamethasone, immune checkpoint blockade (ICB), or their combination influence the composition and activation status of myeloid cells in both the tumor microenvironment.
