Microbial diversity analysis of environmental samples using multiple primer sets

Study purpose: This project aims to characterize the comprehensive microbial diversity (including bacteria, fungi, etc.) of target environmental samples, using multiple primer sets targeting different taxonomic markers (e.g., 16S rRNA for bacteria, ITS rRNA for fungi) to achieve broad coverage of microbial communities.Data type: High-throughput sequencing data (paired-end) generated via the Illumina platform, including raw sequence files of microbial amplicons from multiple primer-based libraries.Methods: Sample collection -> Microbial DNA extraction -> PCR amplification with multiple primer sets (e.g., 338F/806R for 16S, ITS1/ITS4 for ITS) -> Library construction -> Sequencing -> Bioinformatic analysis (taxonomic annotation, diversity comparison across primer sets).Significance: The dataset provides a multi-dimensional view of microbial communities in the samples, supporting research on microbial composition, ecological functions, and the impact of primer selection on diversity assessment.
