资源简介:
依托城市路网数据(路口名称、路口经纬度),进行分析、加工构建城市绿波路线,助力城市的交通拥堵治理及提高城市道路通行效率,实现由“低速、多停”转变为“畅行、少停”的通行效果。在自研的云通数智绿波平台上,通过城市路网数据(绿波路口、路口经纬度),利用模型算法计算绿波路口间的最短路经,以生成城市绿波路线;
一、数据来源
数据清洗:从osm路网中,通过对数据清洗(路网路段、路网路口等),去重、分析、合并成绿波路口数据;
数据处理:对清洗后的数据,进行整合和分析,如数据聚合、特征提取,用于后续的分析和构建;
二、算法建模
模型选择:根据问题情况,选择合适的绿波创建算法进行建模;如:路网模型、聚合算法等;
模型训练:通过历史数据对模型进行训练,根据评估结果对模型参数进行调整和优化;
算法描述:根据绿波路口经纬度聚合到路网上,计算出路口间最短的信控路段路经,构建绿波路线。
This dataset leverages urban road network data (including intersection names and their longitude and latitude coordinates) for analysis and processing to construct urban green wave routes, aiming to support urban traffic congestion management and improve road traffic efficiency, thereby achieving the traffic effect of transitioning from "low-speed, frequent stops" to "smooth traffic, fewer stops". On the independently developed Yuntong Digital Intelligence Green Wave Platform, urban road network data (green wave intersections and their longitude and latitude coordinates) is used to calculate the shortest path between green wave intersections via model algorithms, thus generating urban green wave routes.
1. Data Sources
- Data Cleaning: Extract from the OpenStreetMap (OSM) road network, conduct data cleaning (for road segments, intersections, etc.), deduplication, analysis and merging to generate green wave intersection data;
- Data Processing: Integrate and analyze the cleaned data, such as data aggregation and feature extraction, for subsequent analysis and model construction.
2. Algorithm Modeling
- Model Selection: Select appropriate green wave creation algorithms for modeling based on the specific problem, such as road network models and aggregation algorithms;
- Model Training: Train the model using historical data, and adjust and optimize the model parameters according to the evaluation results;
- Algorithm Description: Aggregate the green wave intersections onto the road network based on their longitude and latitude coordinates, calculate the shortest signal-controlled road path between intersections, and construct urban green wave routes.
