Building Plan Reichenhain, “Village Area — Im Grunde”, Reichenhain

By establishing the BP, the planning law requirements for admissibility are created for a development of already developed, but not yet not buildable areas. The BP is suitable and necessary as a planning tool, inter alia, because its fixings make it possible to adequately regulate the neighbourhood with the cattle fattening plant located at a distance of approximately 250 m, in the adjacent outdoor area. The planned area is to be developed as a village area.
