Reproducibility compendium and derived data for longitudinal DNA methylation changes at recurrence in IDH-wildtype glioblastoma

This research compendium supports a retrospective paired-cohort reanalysis of longitudinal DNA methylation changes at recurrence in IDH-wildtype glioblastoma.It contains analysis scripts, compact derived outputs, machine-readable main and supplementary tables, publication figures, software-environment records,regression tests, provenance information, and SHA-256 checksums. Source data are publicly available from NCBI GEO under GSE279073, GSE248471, and GSE190953; large processed matrices and raw IDAT files are not redistributed. Patient-independent candidate support was obtained for 514 of 1,719 discovery CpGs in 42 GSE248471 pairs. Subsequent reuse of GSE248471 yielded a 211-CpG and 80-region cross-cohort robustness set, which is not an independently validated clinical signature. Five GSE190953 pairs showed directional concordance but did not provide feature-level false-discovery-rate replication. No newly collected participant-level data are included.
