We evaluated the functional impact of enhanced <i>phoP</i> expression on the development of tuberculous meningitis, using Zebrafish-<i>Mycobacterium marinum</i> model. Blue fluorescent <i>M. marinum </i>strains<i>, </i>with (T<i>Mm</i>) and without (W<i>Mm</i>) increased expression of <i>phoP</i> of <i>M. tuberculosis, </i>were constructed and used to infect zebrafish. The effects of T<i>Mm </i>and W<i>Mm </i>on the zebrafish were then assessed and compared.<br>
本研究采用斑马鱼-海分枝杆菌(Zebrafish-Mycobacterium marinum)感染模型,评估了<i>phoP</i>基因表达增强对结核性脑膜炎发生发展的功能影响。<br>本研究构建了两类蓝色荧光海分枝杆菌(<i>M. marinum</i>)菌株:一类为携带结核分枝杆菌(<i>M. tuberculosis</i>)<i>phoP</i>基因增强表达的菌株(记为T<sub>Mm</sub>),另一类为未增强<i>phoP</i>表达的菌株(记为W<sub>Mm</sub>),并将上述菌株用于感染斑马鱼。<br>随后对T<sub>Mm</sub>与W<sub>Mm</sub>菌株对斑马鱼的作用效果进行评估与比较。
