Art at the Start utilises a model of parent-infant art therapy groups to support parent and infant mental health and relationships. https://sites.dundee.ac.uk/artatthestart/
In 2022, the UKRI Mobilising community assets to combat health inequalities scheme supported us to explore the potential to scale up our locally developed intervention model across additional sites in Scotland utilising museum and gallery sites in the community.
We collected data on demographics and outcomes using WEMWBS, MORS-SF and our own observation tool https://discovery.dundee.ac.uk/en/publications/observational-tool-for-infant-caregiver-activities-and-therapeuti
This OSF project contains the full, anonymised data set for consenting participants.
This research was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) [Grant number AH/W007703/1] - Mobilising Community Assets to Address Health Inequalities
The research had ethics consent from the University of Dundee, School of Social Sciences Ethics Committee (UoD-SoSS-PSY-STAFF-2022-111)
