However, analyzing the influence of WeChat accounts solely through metrics such as reading volume and likes is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system uses the unified data indicator of WeChat Influence Index (WCI) to evaluate the dissemination influence of articles published by Sichuan Province’s WeChat official accounts among WeChat users, providing data references for assessing the influence of Sichuan’s WeChat accounts and deeply exploring their communication power. The WeChat Communication Index reflects the communication capability and effect of accounts through their WeChat dissemination power.

Indicator System:
Collected data: Average daily reading volume, average daily likes, average reading volume per article, average likes per article, maximum reading volume, maximum likes
Evaluation indicators: The evaluation is mainly conducted from three dimensions: overall dissemination power (O), average dissemination power per article (A), and peak dissemination power (P).
