Nature management plan 2024-2025 - Limitation of nature

The nature management plan for the province of Utrecht 2024-2025 sets out the boundaries of the nature already present and the nature to be developed. Nature to be developed indicates which agricultural plots can be transformed into nature. The agricultural parcels that can be transformed into nature are divided into three categories: 'To develop nature', 'To develop nature search area (Green contour)' and 'To develop nature search area (NNN)'. These agricultural parcels are eligible for a subsidy for a change in function and layout on the basis of the subsidy scheme for quality impulse nature and landscape (SKNL), and a subsidy for the purchase and termination of leases on the basis of the Implementing Regulation on the subsidy for the purchase of NNN land (UVAN).

《乌得勒支省2024-2025年自然管理规划》划定了现有自然区域与待开发自然区域的范围。待开发自然区域指可被转型为自然用地的农业地块。可转型为自然用地的农业地块分为三类：“待开发自然地块”、“待开发自然搜索区（绿色边界）”以及“待开发自然搜索区（NNN）”。上述农业地块可依据《自然与景观质量提升补贴计划》（SKNL）申请功能与布局变更补贴，同时可依据《NNN土地购置补贴实施条例》（UVAN）申请土地购置与租约终止补贴。
