UVE Guide

With the updated guide, the Federal Environment Agency supports project applicants, planners and experts in the preparation and processing of environmental impact declarations (UVE). The environmental impact statement is an integral part of the procedure under the Federal Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EVP-G 2000). The guide provides an overview of the legal provisions and provides practical guidance for selecting and concretising the contents of an environmental impact statement. For better comprehension, the instructions were supplemented with examples from practice. In addition to amended legal provisions, the revision also incorporates practical experience of experts from the competent authorities and the Federal Environment Agency.
