Riboseq of Tissues of Mice

Codon usage bias is a fundamental aspect of molecular biology, influencing the efficiency and accuracy of protein synthesis. In a recent study, we investigated codon usage patterns across various tissues in mice, revealing a consistent and significant trend. Ribosome profiling (ribo-seq) was performed on tissues from 4-week-old mice密码子使用偏好性（codon usage bias）是分子生物学的核心基本特征，可影响蛋白质合成的效率与准确性。在近期的一项研究中，我们针对小鼠多种组织的密码子使用模式开展了系统性探究，揭示出一致且显著的分布趋势。本研究采用核糖体谱（ribosome profiling，简称ribo-seq）技术，对4周龄小鼠的组织样本完成了实验检测。
