The RNA sequencing results showed genes were significantly altered by overexpression of miR-126-5p in SAECs. Human small airway epithelial cells (SAECs) were transfected with either control miRNA or miR-126-5p mimic for 48 h, and total RNA was isolated for RNA sequencing analysis.
