The project includes species distribution model projections, environmental predictor layers, and occurrence data used in the analyses. All layers are pre-loaded and styled to reproduce the figures presented in the manuscript. Molecular Phylogenetic Analysis ScriptsA folder containing the final versions of scripts used for molecular phylogenetic analyses, including sequence processing, model specification, and phylogenetic reconstruction. Species Distribution Modelling ScriptsA folder containing scripts used for species distribution modelling, including data preprocessing, model calibration, evaluation, and projections. Notes:All scripts are provided in their final versions used to generate the results presented in the manuscript. File structure and naming conventions are preserved as in the original working directories. Some scripts may require specific software environments and package versions to run correctly.
