Data Release for "The space charge effects on the intra-bunch motion under large chromaticity at the Main Ring in the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex"
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the data obtained with the analyses from the paper “The space charge effects on the intra-bunch motion under large chromaticity at the Main Ring in the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex”. Its arxiv identifier is arXiv:2501.16654 [acc-ph]. The DOI for the submitted version in Physical Review Accelerators and Beams (PRAB) is 10.1103/yx9r-lhxq. DataRelease_JPARC_SC.zip show the values for the maximum intra-bunch frequency and the normalized recoherence period for each parameter at the simulation and measurement. intrabunch_frequency1.txt was used to obtain Figs. 33 and 39 (Fig. 26 in PRAB version), which are plots of the maximum intra-bunch frequency with fixed beam intensities for different chromaticities. The first element of the data indicates the negative chromaticity on the x-axis, and the second element of the data indicates the maximum intra-bunch frequency on the y-axis.intrabunch_frequency2.txt was used to obtain Figs. 28a and 35a (Fig. 18 in PRAB version), which are plots of the maximum intra-bunch frequency for the synchrotron period. The first element of the data indicates the synchrotron period on the x-axis, and the second element of the data indicates the maximum intra-bunch frequency on the y-axis.recoherence_period1.txt was used to obtain Figs. 31 and 37 (Fig. 23 in PRAB version), which are plots of the normalized recoherence period with fixed chromaticities for different beam intensities. The first element of the data indicates the beam intensity times 10E-12 on the x-axis, and the second element of the data indicates the normalized recoherence period on the y-axis.recoherence_period2.txt was used to obtain Figs. 28b and 35b (Fig. 19 in PRAB version), which are plots of the normalized recoherence period for the synchrotron period. The first element of the data indicates the synchrotron period on the x-axis, and the second element of the data indicates the normalized recoherence period on the y-axis. DataRelease_JPARC_SC2.zip contains the simulation and experimental data, along with analysis scripts, used to generate the figures presented in our study. All data files are provided in ROOT format and can be processed using the included ROOT scripts. The project is structured to allow reproducibility of all figures in the manuscript. The main.sh script sequentially executes all analysis scripts to reproduce the figures and key comparisons between simulation and measurement results. The scripts are categorized as follows: ・fig*.cxx: Reproduces the corresponding figure in the manuscript shown in Figures 1~10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 23, and 26.・sim_*.cxx: Process simulation results such as FFT spectra, beam positions, and dipole signals to reproduce figures corresponding to the conditions shown in Figures 11, 16, 21, and 24.・exp_*.cxx: Process experimental results for comparison with simulation results to reproduce figures corresponding to the conditions shown in Figures 13, 17, 22, and 25. Output plots are saved in the out/ directory. All ROOT scripts are written in C++. All scripts were developed and tested using ROOT 6.32.04. Contents・data/: ROOT files for simulation and experimental data.・script/: C++ analysis scripts for ROOT.・main.sh: Batch script to reproduce all figures.・out/: Output directory for plots (generated upon execution). How to use chmod +x main.sh./main.sh This will run all ROOT scripts and generate plots for the figures in the manuscript.
