Most popular daily digital and media activities for Gen Z users in the UK in 2022

According to an October 2022 survey of social media users aged 16 to 24 in the United Kingdom, approximately 83 percent of respondents reported using social media daily. Music streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music were said to be used daily by 72 percent of the respondents. In comparison, podcasts were used by less than two out of every 10 respondents. In 2022, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube were the most popularsocial media platforms among Gen Z users in the UK.
