Presence of Members during the 2010-2011 part-session

Data on sanctions incurred by Members who were insufficiently present in the Assembly during the 2010-2011 session. The collective Regards Citoyens conducted a study based on http://NosDeputes.fr data to assess the impact of the amendments to the Rules of Procedure on the participation of Members in the work of the Assembly, particularly in committee meetings. The Rules of Procedure impose, together with Rules 42 and 159, financial penalties on the staff allowance for Members expressing repeated absences from meetings of their Standing Committees on Wednesday mornings or in solemn elections in the Chamber.
