Performance management information system design

The study investigated the social challenges involved in implementing a performance management information systems (PMIS) programme and the role of trust-based interventions in the programme's success by promoting fairness, transparency, and trust formation in complex information system design. The metadata files contain the various codes and code groups, themes and quotes that align to cluture, trust, structuration constructs and performance management and information systems that surfaced from interview transcriptis and various workshops.
