资源简介:
Functional annotation of an uncultured clone retrieved from a chronically polluted soil revealed the presence of genes for diverse cytochrome p450 enzymes. The detected cytochrome P450 are involved in various biosynthetic and biodegradative processes that span a wide range of secondary metabolites pathways such as steroid biodegradation, fatty acid metabolism, alkaloid biosynthesis, among others.
