Data and code for: Civil and Structural Metamaterials in the Built Environment: A Corpus-Based Evaluation of Research Progress and Implementation Barriers

Corpus identifiers (108,376 Scopus EIDs with topic and domain labels and subset flags), the subset rule, the normalized entity taxonomy, 33,983 extracted relations with evidence sentences, 455 obstacle statements with verified quotations and panel votes, coverage ratings with supporting quotations, all analysis scripts, and the supplementary tables S1-S6. Scopus records are redistributed as identifiers rather than as full records; evidence sentences and quotations are short excerpts for verification.
