Dataset of Blood Perfusion Changes at PC4 and its Surrounding Points Induced by Acupuncture and moxibustion

A total 10 healthy subjects（28±4，year; 4M/6F）were recruited.
All of measurements and stimulation were carried out in a
temperature controlled (24-26°C) laboratory. The participant was asked in a
comfortable position and the skin of forearm were sterilized. Following a
period for cardiovascular stability (40 min), a 20 min baseline of blood flux
was recorded. The blood flux of Ximen acupoint (PC4) and surrounding points were
monitored by FLPI system (moor Instruments, Devon, United Kingdom) with a 25 Hz
sample rate. After that, the test subjects were stimulated by manual Acupuncture
or Moxibustion randomly at PC4, then skin blood flux of these points were
recorded for 20 min.
