Share of (E)RIS beneficiaries among women aged 18-64 (SPP-IS)

The indicator reports the number of beneficiaries of a social integration income or its equivalent (RIS or ERIS) to the population, on an annual average (average of monthly data for the number of beneficiaries). The Social Integration Income (RIS) is a minimum income allocated by the CPAS to persons who do not have and are not eligible for such resources and who are unable to obtain them, either by their personal or other means. The Social Integration Income Equivalent (ERIS) is a financial aid granted by the CPAS within the framework of the Right to Social Assistance (Law of 2 April 1965 on the care of relief granted by public welfare centres) to persons who for certain reasons (e.g. nationality) do not qualify for the right to social integration. The amounts are identical to those of the RIS.

本指标以年度平均值（即受益人数月度数据的算术平均值）为统计口径，报告社会融入收入（Social Integration Income，缩写RIS）或其等价社会融入收入（Social Integration Income Equivalent，缩写ERIS）的受益人口总量。
社会融入收入（RIS）是由CPAS向既无相关收入来源、也不符合此类资源申领资格，且无法通过个人或其他渠道获取该类资源的人群发放的最低生活保障金。等价社会融入收入（ERIS）是CPAS依据《社会援助权法案》（1965年4月2日颁布，规范公共福利中心救助金发放的相关法律），向因特定原因（如国籍问题）不符合社会融入收入申领资格的人群提供的财政补助，其补助标准与RIS完全一致。
