数控机床智能轴承载荷测试数据主要面向机床智能化研究，目的为验证所研制的数控机床智能轴承能否满足配套主机的应用要求。试验由陕西省计量科学研究院进行，基于力标准机对机床智能轴承外挂式单元进行载荷感知试验，主要记录了10条内容为<设定负荷、智能轴承板卡载荷传感器感知负荷>的数据序列。The load test data of intelligent bearings for CNC machine tools is mainly targeted at the research of intelligent machine tools, with the core objective of verifying whether the developed intelligent bearings for CNC machine tools can meet the application requirements of their supporting mainframes. The test was conducted by the Shaanxi Institute of Metrology Science, where load perception tests were carried out on the external-mounted units of the machine tool intelligent bearings using a force standard machine. A total of 10 data sequences are mainly recorded, with each sequence containing <set load, load perceived by the load sensor on the intelligent bearing board>.
