资源简介:
This study investigates the molecular mechanisms of disrupted dark adaptation in C. elegans under light/dark cycles. RNA-seq analysis comparing constant darkness (NL) with 12h-light/12h-dark cycles (DL) revealed significant transcriptomic changes, including dysregulation of circadian rhythm genes. Overall design: Synchronized C. elegans N2 wild-type worms were cultured under standard dark conditions (NL control) until the young adult stage. For the experimental group, worms were exposed to 12-hour light followed by 12-hour dark cycles (DL), while controls remained in constant darkness. After treatment, worms were collected for RNA-seq analysis.
