Observations from "During natural vision, semantic novelty modulates fixation-related processing in primate cortex"
收藏资源简介:
These data underlie the figures contained in "During natural vision, semantic novelty modulates fixation-related processing in primate cortex" ~~~~~~~~~~ Organization: Each file contains the Temporal Response Function (TRF) results for a single participant. Loading: Use the standard pickle module to unpack the .pkl files. Format: Loading a file yields a tuple of two objects: 1. Pandas DataFrame containing the results of the TRF analysis, including optical alpha, coefficients, total Pearson r, and delta Pearson r, for each trial, channel, and feature 2. Dictionary containing basic information about the analysis, including the sampling frequency ("fs"), TRF time lags ("tmin", "tmax"), regularization values tried ("alphas"), order of features in the analysis ("feature_order"), bandwidth of the EEG filtering ("eeg_filter_band"), and the BSplines used for any non-linearly modeled features ("basis_dict")
