According to INSPIRE transformed development plan “local road project between the northern main road, the Odenwaldbahn and Bischofsgasse” of the city of Weinheim based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集以5.0版本的XPlanung规划数据集（XPlanung）为基础，对应魏因海姆市（Weinheim）依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范转换生成的开发规划项目——"北部主干道、奥德瓦尔德铁路（Odenwaldbahn）与比绍夫巷（Bischofsgasse）间本地道路工程"。
