Data content (data file/table name, including observation indicators) This data includes a spatial prediction dataset of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in cultivated land in the Northeast maize belt based on geographically weighted regression kriging model. Estimating the spatial distribution of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content and understanding the control effect of environmental factors are of great significance for exploring regional carbon and nitrogen cycling and establishing soil carbon and nitrogen sequestration. b. Construction purpose The Northeast Corn Belt is one of the four major black soil concentration areas in the world. Understanding the spatial variability and influencing factors of soil organic carbon and nitrogen content is the first step towards achieving suitable agriculture and farmland management. The content of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen is related to climate, vegetation cover, terrain, and agricultural management. It is of great significance to explore the impact of the environment on soil organic carbon and TN variability, evaluate the relative importance of environmental factors, provide practical guidance for land users, and provide basic data for sustainable land use and management. c.
