Gross cost less internal revenue and sales to other municipalities and regions for higher education institutions, divided by number of inhabitants in total 31/12. Refers to the costs and revenues of higher education activities in the form of grants, local costs, etc. Costs and revenues for qualified vocational training (KY), learning centres and folk high school are brought here. This also includes the municipality’s follow-up responsibility for young people aged 16-20 (in the absence of more suitable alternatives).
