NGS data of water and sediment bacterial community of the Mini river, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Raw sequence reads

The Mini river flows through the pristine peri-urban zone to an industrial zone of the Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The increasing pollution in water and sediment lead to bacterial shifts in the riverine ecosystem. The bacterial community structures in response to anthropogenic pollution was monitored using the NGS sequencing approach. The Antibiotic resistant genes (ARG) were identified in response to Anthropogenic activities in the Mini river water and sediment samples.
