资源简介:
The aim of the research was to examine the dorsalis pedis artery using five ultrasound parameters and evaluate for inflammatory interaction within the wall of the dorsalis pedis artery. The methods used quantitative analysis of the ultrasound parameters and correlation to two self reported outcomes. The ultrasound images and associated data were also used to create an imaging biomarker.
The dataset contains the quantitative values for the following for the relative publication:
Demographic data
Five ultrasound parameters
Results for two self reported outcomes
This dataset contains data from healthy controls and participants with rheumatoid arthritis (n=6). Demographic data and data for five ultrasound parameters. Additionally, data from two self-reported outcomes are included: Foot Health Status Questionnaire (FHSQ) and Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Activity Index - 5 (RADAI-5).
This dataset cannot be published openly due to ethics conditions. To discuss the project, please contact Robyn Boman 20640402@student.westernsydney.edu.au ORCID 0000-0001-9047-7950.
