AFLP data matrix for the 249 AFLP markers in 103 Malagasy R. rattus plague-challenged individuals.The first columns identifies the individual (individual name), the second column refers to the experiment (low dose challenge or high dose challenge), the third column refers to the challenge issue (D: dying or S: surviving) and the 249 following columns are AFLP data (marker names are indicated in the first line, 1: presence of the peak, 0: absence).
