# **SHCMS:G.10650** **Mammuthus primigenius**. Left 4th metacarpal bone of the adult Shropshire Mammoth. The metacarpal is one of the main bones that make up the human hand, or in this case the front foot of a mammoth. Age: approx 14000 years. Length 17.5cm Width 8.5cm Depth 8.5cm. Imaged using a canon 5DS R and Stackshot 3x with turntable to provide 108 images which were then processed using agisoft photoscan at high levels.
